Binding V1 Foldnak 40

The proven design of this machine has been validated by many thousands of installations with users worldwide. The Foldnak 8 has a robust sewing head design for long-term operation. They are available in the standard version (210 staples) for flat sewing and eyelet sewing (hanging) or in a version for 5000 staples for flat sewing. Up to 4 sewing heads (2 standard) can be used.

The clamps are always positioned exactly in the refractive index of the component thanks to the patented Nagel principle. The movable bottom bending "hammers" ensure that the ends of the staples do not protrude from the paper. Lateral alignment of the folder and checking for correct loading with the photocell guarantees precise working results.

Sufficient sewing capacity allows booklets of up to 120 pages (at 70 g/m2). Formats from CD booklet to SRA 3 can be processed. Setting up the machine to order and working with it is very easy for the machine operator. The machine can be connected to the line not only to Nagel folding machines but also to other manufacturers such as: Nagel, Plockmatic, Watkiss, Uchida, Duplo, Horizon. The connection requires a Nagel electronic control, which is supplied according to the type of the skidding machine. The Foldnak 40 can also be connected to a Nagel front trimmer at any time.
