Pop-up walls are mobile exhibition systems suitable for presentation in a small space or as a backdrop behind a sales table, together with other presentation systems such as rollup, beach flag, printed carpet and promo table they can form an independent sales or exhibition display.

We supply popup walls in multiple design variants and with express delivery times thanks to our state-of-the-art technological background in printing and finishing production

For printing pop-up walls we use the print&cut workflow

Types of pop-ups:

MAGNETIC POP-UP

The parts of this pop-up are printed on special pop-up films with a protective crystalline lamination and these strips are attached to the wall structure itself using magnetic tape.

STRECH VELCRO POP-UP

The motif is printed by sublimation printing on elastic fabric from one piece. The material is simply attached to the lightweight folding structure using elastic Velcro fasteners.

TUBULAR POP-UP WALLS C-SHAPE, U-SHAPE

These pop-up walls consist of a sublimation-printed elastic fabric that is stretched in one piece over a tubular structure. It can form a C, U, S etc.

Polystyren pop-up display film IP 2910

The material is suitable for the application of Pop - up walls. It is semi-matt and rigid, providing high print quality. The material is 450μ thick and the grammage is 635 g/m2 We print with mildsolvent and UV printing.

POP-UP WALLS

We laminate the magnetic walls with crystalline mic lamination according to the requirements for softness or higher stiffness of the seat. We laminate on a pneumatic laminator with high pressure and preheating. The strips are then cut on a ZUND G3, 3XL 2500 machine so that they are completely accurate. This is important for the assembly of the individual parts of the motif.

After sublimation, Velcro Strech Pop-up is cut on ZUND G3 with the DRT tool and then sewn with elastic Velcro 50mm on the Cronos sewing line.

Sew the tube pop-ups according to the template in the shape of the construction and thread them onto the prepared frame.
