This self-adhesive film contains a transparent diffusion layer that allows, when printed from one side, high resolution and high colour saturation of the motif for viewing from both sides of the glass surface.

Such a treatment of transparent glass, acrylic or polycarbonate surfaces can become an excellent design element in shop interiors, in shopping gallery windows, on exhibition displays or for treatment of glass surfaces on buildings.

When printed from one side, this perforated self-adhesive film allows the motif to be visible for viewing from only one side of the viewing area.

This type of treatment of transparent glass, acrylic or polycarbonate surfaces is suitable where the impression of a complete image is required from the outside while maintaining the view from the inside. For example, on restaurant windows, cafes, shops, shopping galleries, exhibition displays or for glass surface treatments on buildings.

CAR STICKERS

An effective and very inexpensive form of advertising - this is advertising on your car - car wraps. Let us print and stick your vehicle and your clients will know about you. We produce prints on high quality polymer or cast film using mildsolvent or solvent ink for high durability and UV stability of the advertising polepiece. In addition to standard print films, we also use vinyl self-adhesive films for clear, reflective or "one vision" window graphics that are one-sided transparent. Car wraps from us will last!

PRODUCTION OF STICKERS, QUALITY PRINTING OF STICKERS

We print on PVC monomeric three-year, five-year, polymeric seven-year stickers, cast with flat and channel adhesive (easy apply), for easier application on the overall vehicle stickers. We print stickers on glossy, matt, white, coloured and clear materials as well as on reflective and fluorescent films, one vision films for window graphics, on films imitating sandblasted glass, etc.

One way vision 1-year perforated IP 2705

It is a 160 μ thick film with 60/40 perforations and 1.5 mm holes for window dressing and short-term campaigns on vehicle windows

One way vision 3-year perforated; ORAJET 3675

It is a 140 μ thick film with 50/50 perforations and 1.5 mm holes for vehicle glass.

Self-adhesive foil cast 10-year ORAJET 3951 GRA gloss, white

It is a 10-year cast film in white with grey adhesive, which, unlike the previous film, is equipped with a so-called channel adhesive for easier air evacuation during bonding. It can be removed from the surface before activation and refitted (repositionable adhesive) The film is suitable for long term exterior applications and for easier application on vehicles in depressions, for full vehicle wraps. The UV stability of the colours and material when using solvent printing with appropriate UV lamination is 5 years in exterior applications. The film has a thickness of 53 μ. The material is available in widths up to 155 cm.

Self-adhesive foil cast 10-year ORAJET 3951 gloss, white, clear

It is a cast 10-year film in white or clear with a glossy, surface and clear or grey adhesive. The film is suitable for long term exterior and vehicle applications in dents and stressed areas of car bodies, for general vehicle wrapping. The UV stability of the colours and material when using solvent printing with appropriate UV lamination is 5 years in exterior applications. The film has a thickness of 53 μ. The material is available in widths up to 155 cm.

Self-adhesive monomeric film 3-year ORAJET 3164 gloss, matt

It is a monomeric 3-4 year film in white or clear with a glossy or matt surface and a clear or grey permanent or semipermanent adhesive. The film is suitable for short and medium term exterior applications and long term interior applications. The UV stability of the colours and material when using solvent printing without lamination is 2 years outdoors. With lamination the durability increases to 3 years. For lamination it is easier to use 100μ. thickness and therefore we print exclusively on film of this thickness. The material is available in widths up to 160 cm

Self-adhesive monomeric film 5-year ORAJET 3651 gloss, matt, semi-gloss

It is a monomeric 5-year film in white or clear with a glossy, semi-gloss or matt surface and a clear or grey permanent or semi-permanent adhesive. The film is suitable for medium-term exterior applications and long-term interior applications. The UV stability of the colours and material when using solvent printing without lamination is 2 years outdoors. With lamination the durability increases to 4 years. The film has a thickness of 70 μ. The material is available in widths up to 160 cm.
PRODUCTION OF STICKERS, QUALITY PRINTING OF STICKERS
- We print stickers using solvent based, mildsolvent and UV inks.
- We print stickers on machines DURST Rho 320r, OCE ARIZONA 350 XT.
- We print in a maximum roll width of 160 cm from one piece.
PRODUCTION OF STICKERS, QUALITY PRINTING OF STICKERS
- In order to reduce delivery times to a minimum and to achieve the highest precision for the finishing of the stickers, we use the Print and Cut production workflow. This means that we print multiple print jobs on the same self-adhesive film and with the same desired lamination type at the same time and then cut the entire roll according to the pre-printed marks and barcode on a ZUND G3, 3 XL 2500 machine into individual print jobs for individual stickers and then followed by assembly and packaging. In this way, we achieve speed and accuracy in processing with fast delivery times.
- In the case of car stickers, we always laminate with polymer or cast laminate of the same brand as the film itself, so that the different thermal expansion of the different materials used does not occur.
- We provide liquid lamination for bonding graphics into complex mouldings as a more economical alternative to expensive cast sandwiches.
- We perform shape cutting on the MIMAKI CG 160 cutting plotter with the OPOS optical mark reading system.
- We apply printed films even on complex surfaces.
- We laminate with hot and cold lamination on the SEAL Image 62+ machine in a width of 155 cm and Flexilam S 165 with matt and glossy laminates with and without UV protection.
- We also provide liquid lamination.
- We perform shape cutting on a cutting plotter MIMAKI CG 160 with an optical system for reading cutting marks OPOS or on a cutting table ZUND G3, 3XL 2500, cutting into formats on an automatic cutting machine Fotoba XLD 1700.
- We carry out coating of boards manually and on an automatic coating machine, window coating, coating of vehicles including total coating, wall coating in the interior and exterior.
