The required properties for print quality are determined by the required surface tension, porosity, texture, amount of added plasticizers (phthalates), bleaching agents, etc.We only use proven quality and branded printing materials. Before introducing a new print material into our print portfolio, we first test the material to the highest possible Orafol Logo If the material passes this first test and the technologies on which it will be printed have already been selected, we then always have the material colour calibrated - linearised with an ink limit and a suitable ICC profile measured for usually three print speeds from the highest quality mode to production mode. We only use these branded materials for our print production:
Lightly stretchable textile material with 100% polyester content, characterized by a fine textile structure. It is ideal for exhibition graphics and POP. It is available in widths up to 310 cm. The material is also suitable for backlit applications when printing with higher saturation. It is designed for sublimation printing, both direct and transfer. It has a B1 flame retardant certificate. Motifs printed on this material are characterised by excellent colour rendering.
This transparent material is suitable for printing flags. It is printed by direct textile printing followed by sublimation heat fixation at 195 C. The material is characterised by its lightness and after printing the reverse side shows the face motif with approx. 90 % intensity. The weight is 110 g/m2. Printed by sublimation with subsequent fixation.

This glossy satin material is suitable for printing banners and luxury interior textile decorations. It is printed by direct textile printing with subsequent sublimation heat fixation at 195 C. The material is characterised by its softness to the touch. After printing, the motif is not visible from the reverse side. The weight is 170 g/m2. It is certified B1. We print by sublimation with subsequent fixation.
This high white material is suitable for printing banners and luxury interior textile decorations. It is printed on sublimation paper and then transferred to calender. The material is characterised by its excellent colouring and, thanks to its grammage, it is suitable, for example, for curtains and other home decorations. After printing, the motif is not visible from the reverse side. The weight is 240 g/m2.
This elastic white material is suitable for printing banners and interior textile decorations. It is printed on sublimation paper and then transferred to calender. The material is characterised by its excellent colour and, thanks to the LYCRA additive, it is elastic and therefore suitable, for example, for switching out into more complex shapes. After printing, the motif is not visible from the reverse side, but it may shine through slightly, especially in darker shades. The material is therefore only suitable for one-sided visual application.

This is a textile with the advantage of double-sided printing. 100% polyester textile with a luxurious satin finish and black interlining suitable for balls, events, as a decoration for curtains, etc. The advantage is the non-translucent light. Fire resistant material, it has M1 and B1 certification. It is suitable for UV printing and is available up to 510cm wide. In combination with UV printing it is a completely environmentally friendly product.
100% polyester material with a weight of approx. 245g/m2, which is completely opaque thanks to the black back side and can be used wherever standard textile material would shine through. It is suitable for printing on UV printers. The material is available in widths of 155, 252, 310 and 510 cm.
Plátno, na které je možné tisknout ve fotorealistické kvalitě se širokou škálou využití. Například pro POS produkty, výstavy. Tento přírodní produkt se netřepí, je neprůhledný a odolný vůči ohni. Je dostupný do šíře 155 cm. Ideální pro umělecké reprodukce, do aplikací s napnutým plátnem, divadelních kulis.
Prémiový textilní materiál, s gramáží 360 g/m2 a hrubší strukturou, takže může imitovat přírodní materiály. Je vhodný do obchodů s konfekcí nebo do prostorů s ekologickým akcentem. Vhodný pro UV tisk a tisk do šíře 305 cm. Má certifikát nehořlavosti M1. V kombinaci s UV tiskem zcela ekologický produkt. Používáme zejména pro tisk roll-up bannerů.
AIRTEX magic FR má jednu stranu lehce lesklý povrch a druhá strana lehce matný. Může být potištěn z obou stran a je velice dobře svařitelný díky PVC nánosu. Je rovněž vhodný pro shop design, na výstavní expozice, pro vypínání na velké rámové konstrukce, jako bezespárá stěna nebo na závěsné podhledy. Rozdíl oproti prvnímu materiálu Airtex FR je v jeho povrch a o něco výraznější barevné brilanci některých barevných odstínů při tisku solventním inkoustem. K dispozici je do šíře 500 cm.- Materiál má certifikaci klasifikace B1.
Solvotex PES Flag je pletená polyesterová vlajkovina o plošné hmotnosti cca 110 g/ m2. Nabízí velmi dobrou kvalitu tisku na produkčních tiskových strojích. Díky dobré průhlednosti a dobré brilantnosti tisku jde o materiál vhodný k výrobě vlajek, interiérových dekorací nebo výstavních expozic. Materiál má certifikaci klasifikace B1.
Solvotex Artist Light je polyesterový textilní materiál o plošné hmotnosti 190 g/ m2. Materiál je opatřen z jedné strany coatingem pro solventní inkousty, z druhé strany je možné jej potisknout Dye-Sub. Oproti vlajkovině je hustý, průsvitný, ale zcela neprůhledný. Jedná se o univerzální textilní materiál, který je možné díky jeho charakteristice použít jako interiérová umělecká dekorace, je možné jej prosvítit v light boxech.
Je malířské plátno s hlubší strukturou, která výtečně imituje šepsovaný podklad pro malbu na plátně. Je vhodné pro fotografické reprodukce a reprodukce uměleckých děl - olejomaleb. Materiál potiskujeme mildsoventní nebo UV technologií. Je k dispozici v šíři role 122, 137 a 160cm.

For digital UV printing and subsequent cutting we use Foamalite plates - it is a free foamed PVC - PVCP. It has a significantly lower weight and better mechanical workability compared to solid boards. The material is highly flammable, self-extinguishing.

For digital UV printing and subsequent cutting of lightweight formats and shaped banners, we use lightweight KAPPA sandwich plates. KAPPA Line is a "paper-PUR-paper" sandwich KAPPA Plast is a "plastic-PUR-plastic" sandwich These base plates are available in the following sizes: 500 x 700, 1000 x 700, 1000 x 1400, 3000 x 1400, (3050 x 1530 and 3050 x 2050 - these only in thicknesses of 5 and 10 mm) Interesting are also KAPPA tex plates with a surface that imitates the pattern of canvas and KAPPA fix with an adhesive layer for laminating photo papers
Polymethyl methacrylate is generally referred to as acrylic or plexiglass, XT stands for extrusion manufacturing. For direct printing or coating with translucent foil we use clear or opal - milky white plexiglass with a diffuse roughness, or plexiglass cast in coloured shades.

For printing on UV technology and coating with cut graphics or printed and laminated foil we use polycarbonate cavity plates, which have the advantage of low weight and large size from one piece of plate. The material is available in clear, smoke and milky opal and in thicknesses from 4.5 to 16 mm. The dimensions of the boards are 2100 x 6000 mm and from 6 mm thickness onwards also 2100 x 7000 mm on request.
We also use polypropylene cavity plates for UV printing and coating with cut graphics or printed and laminated foil, which have the advantage of low weight. The cavity (chamber) polypropylene is mainly intended for interiors, but can also be used for exteriors in the short term. It is characterised by its exceptional lightness and considerable toughness. It can be used for printing, cutting, bending.

For digital UV printing, laminated foil or plotter graphics, for stressed realizations or for long-term and shape-stable applications in the exterior we use Alubond boards. The material is a combination of a lightweight polyethylene core in thin aluminium plates. In proportion to its strength and dimensional stability, it is light in weight and has excellent weather resistance.

The material is suitable for a wide range of applications. It has excellent flatness and is therefore ideal for roll-up systems or P.O.S. systems. It is semi-matt and highly water and scratch resistant. This semi-rigid, single-sided material provides high print quality. The material is 190μ thick and weighs 170 g/m2 We print with mildsolvent and UV printing and also use it for lighted applications.

Blue back side paper is a paper used for printing posters for billboard display. The blue back side covers the underlying motif so that it does not shine through and disturb the printed motif, as the posters are glued one over the other.Billboard posters are printed with solvent and UV printing technology is used for posters for closer viewing distance - higher resolution.
City light is a translucent white, waterproof paper for printing posters to be placed in illuminated displays of city furniture or other illuminated surfaces. We also use it to print larger series of posters for medium and smaller viewing distances for outdoor use. We print CLV paper primarily with UV printing technology, which has the best quality on its surface and a higher density for illumination than other technologies, while maintaining high resolution.
Je bílý natíraný papír s polomatným povrchem, pro tisk plakátů určených k umístění do interiérů, obchodů a výloh. Používáme pro tisk malých i větších sérií plakátů pro krátkou pohledovou vzdálenost. Poster papír potiskujeme především mildsolventní tiskovou technologií, která vykazuje nejlepší kvalitu a nejvyšší rozlišení takže plakáty mají nejblíže ofsetovému tisku. Plakáty se vkládají do rámů nebo do upínacích lišt.
It is a white coated paper with a semi-matt surface, for printing posters to be placed in interiors, shops and shop windows. We use it for printing small and large series of posters for short viewing distance. We print poster paper mainly with mildsolvent printing technology, which has the best quality and the highest resolution so that the posters are closest to offset printing. Posters are inserted into frames or clamping rails. The difference between the two papers is the weight, so this paper is less transparent than the 135gsm variant.

Jsou bílé fotografické materiály s nejvyšší gramáží a speciálními povrchy, vhodnými pro tisk fotografií v nejvyšší kvalitě pro výstavy a autorský prodej. Povrch glacier neboli ledovec má pololesklý fotografický potah, skvělé barevné podání a vynikající optické vlastnosti. Povrch Satin je blízký fotografům známému VELVET fotopapíru. Fotopapíry potiskujeme pigmentovým 12-ti barevným systémem CANON LUCIA s nejvyšší možnou barevnou brilancí.
